- Senior Consultant
Primary Responsibilities and key tasks
The role of Senior Consultant is considered vital and high profile to our company and our clients.
As a Senior Consultant, for PKF-TCH you will be responsible for managing whole projects, modules of complex projects, client accounts and teams. This is likely to include market demand and supply appraisal, feasibility analysis, development projects and business and strategic planning.
In addition, you will make a significant revenue building contribution to winning clients and projects and will take account management responsibilities for existing clients. You will also take a key role in building and developing PKF-TCH.
It is essential that you have and maintain experience of the real estate and hospitality industry in the GCC, MENA and global trends.
Specific Duties

Provide expert advice to a range of clients on projects in segments such as real estate development, real estate, hospitality and tourism strategy, all leisure and visitor attraction segments, operator selection and business advisory.

Be able to sell PKF-TCH services throughout the Middle East.

Account management for new and existing clients.

Developing sales proposals which meet the clients business and strategic needs.

Take a key role in the presentation of proposals to clients.

Responsibility for and review of reports and other client deliverables with a focus on quality and detail.

Project management and project responsibility with the ability to be flexible to changing demands.

Ability to manage and deliver projects in the field, including the management of other team members.

Perform financial and investment analysis, budgeting and financial forecasting.

Excellent understanding of all the issues facing the industry to identify trends and opportunities and ensure PKF-TCH offer the very best value and advice as a market leader.

Development of a recognised industry expert position in selected industry sub-segment(s).

Participate in building PKF-TCH, the team, the products, the systems and the positioning to ensure the success of the company.

- Consultant Level 2

As a Consultant Level 2, for PKF-TCH you will be responsible for smaller projects, modules of larger projects, client relationship building and teams. This is likely to include market demand and supply appraisal, feasibility analysis, development projects and business and strategic planning.
In addition, you will make a revenue building contribution through securing follow up work and projects and will participate in account management responsibilities for existing clients. It is essential that you have and maintain experience of the real estate and hospitality industry in the GCC, MENA and global trends.
